To register an account on w333, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details or different information — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.
Once your account is created, you are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. This responsibility includes all bets placed, transactions made, bonuses claimed and communications sent through your account.

If your contact details, payment methods or other information change, please update your account accordingly. w333 may contact you using the details on file and is not responsible if communications do not reach you because your details are out of date.
Accounts must be used only for personal, recreational gaming purposes. Using an account for commercial purposes, on behalf of a third party, or as part of any organised scheme to extract value from the platform is prohibited.
All deposits on w333 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods for deposits:
Deposits are credited to your account balance after confirmation from the payment provider. Most methods process instantly or within a few minutes. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts, cards or wallets belonging to another person are not permitted. If a mismatch is identified between the payment source and the account holder identity, w333 may suspend the account pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and applies to all accounts. In cases where the original method is not available, w333 support will work with you to arrange an alternative verified method in your name.
Before any withdrawal is processed, your account must pass identity verification. This applies to all accounts at first withdrawal and may be required again at any point thereafter at w333's discretion. Verification typically requires a copy of a government-issued ID and may include proof of payment method ownership.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and vary by payment method. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawing a balance that includes unwagered bonus funds will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited before the withdrawal is processed.
w333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses for new registrations, reload bonuses, cashback deals and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as the PSL and T20 international series. All bonuses are subject to the conditions set out below and any additional terms stated in the specific promotion.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 20,000 must be wagered across eligible games before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable.
Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Live Casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than other game types. The contribution rates for each game category are listed in the promotion terms.
Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Wagering requirements that are not met within the bonus validity window will result in the bonus balance being removed from the account.
The w333 VIP programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. All registered accounts begin at Bronze automatically. Progression through tiers is based on cumulative wagering activity over a rolling period as determined by w333.
Each tier carries its own set of benefits. These include but are not limited to: enhanced bonus offers, priority withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, birthday bonuses, cricket season packages and, at Platinum and Diamond levels, access to a dedicated personal account manager.
w333 reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits and the terms of the VIP programme at any time. Changes will be communicated to affected members through their registered contact details. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised VIP terms.
Diamond tier membership is by invitation only and is reserved for the platform's highest-activity players. w333 contacts Diamond candidates directly and there is no application process.
VIP status can be reviewed or adjusted downward if account activity falls below the threshold for the current tier during the relevant assessment period. Members will be notified before any tier downgrade takes effect.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w333 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

Unauthorised use of w333's brand or content is a violation of these terms and may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property law.
w333 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues and circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability. w333 will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and communicate planned maintenance in advance.
To the fullest extent permitted, w333's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of any claim. w333 is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data or loss of profits.
w333 does not accept liability for losses resulting from your failure to comply with these terms, your use of an insecure device or network, or your voluntary disclosure of account credentials to a third party.
w333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reason to believe that a violation of these terms has occurred or is in progress. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, accounts may be suspended immediately and without prior notice.
Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be returned to the payment method on file after investigation, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the exclusion of any funds linked to prohibited activity.
